Return

In accordance with consumer rights, you have 14 days to withdraw without having to give reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact. The return must be initiated and completed within 30 days of receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

We replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at customer@tolix.com.
