An estimated delivery time for each product will be indicated on the Site, in the corresponding product sheet.

The final delivery date will be indicated to the Customer during the order placement process, prior to order confirmation and before payment. If an order contains products with different delivery dates, delivery will be made in a single shipment according to the latest delivery date.

Delivery rates

At TOLIX, we are committed to complete transparency regarding our delivery charges. Our rates are calculated based on the total price of your order and are clearly displayed during checkout, guaranteeing fair and appropriate pricing.

Here are our pricing tiers for France and internationally:

  • For orders under €500 : A fixed price of €10 for France, and €20 internationally;
  • From €500 to €2,500 : For every €250 increase in your total order amount, a €10 surcharge is applied to the delivery charges. For example, for an order between €500 and €750, the charges are €20 within France and €30 internationally. This continues for each subsequent €250 increment.
  • Above €2,500 : The pricing structure becomes even more advantageous. From this amount, delivery costs increase by only €10 for each additional €500 increment.

For orders exceeding €15,000, please contact us directly for a personalized shipping quote. We strive to find the most cost-effective solutions while ensuring the safety and speed of your delivery.

Delivery methods

Depending on the weight and size of your order, we use two main delivery methods:

  • DPD delivery : Ideal for lightweight items such as chairs or armchairs, this method ensures fast and secure delivery to the address of your choice.
  • Delivery of larger items : Products such as tables and furniture are delivered to your doorstep, meaning to the bottom of your building or to the entrance of your home (ground floor delivery, on the sidewalk). The delivery driver will not be able to assist you with handling the product inside your home. Assembly or removal of packaging is not included.

Each order is handled with the specific care it deserves, ensuring that your TOLIX purchases reach you in the best possible condition, regardless of their size.

Additional delivery options

For bulky items, delivery to your floor is available Monday through Friday upon request. It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery can be made without any issues. Unpacking your items is only possible upon request. At reception

Upon delivery, it is crucial to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery driver. Any damage or discrepancies must be noted and signed on the delivery slip. In case of damage or error, refuse the product and contact us within 5 business days.
