When you finalize your purchase, you will be asked to provide your credit card information, including the card number, expiry date, and security code. For payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay, you will be redirected to the corresponding platform to complete the transaction.
TOLIX partners with SHOPIFY, a trusted payment provider, for secure transaction processing. We never have access to your banking information. SHOPIFY, based in Canada, ensures the security and confidentiality of your data in accordance with the standards established by the European Commission. All transactions are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology, guaranteeing the security of your personal and banking information.
For added security, a 3D Secure code, provided by your bank, may be required to validate your payment.
For international deliveries, customers may be required to pay directly any customs duties, VAT or other taxes due upon importation of the products into the country of delivery.
In the case of a refund, you are credited to the bank card account that was used for the payment.
If your card is a deferred debit card, your credit will also be deferred.
