    An estimate of the delivery time for each product will be indicated on the Site, in the corresponding product sheet.

    The final delivery time will be indicated to the Customer during the order process, prior to the final validation of the order and before payment. If an order contains products with different delivery dates, the delivery will be made in a single shipment according to the latest delivery date.

    At TOLIX, we are committed to offering total transparency on our delivery fees. Our rates are calculated based on the total price of your order and are clearly indicated when finalizing your purchase, ensuring fair and appropriate pricing.

    Here are our pricing tiers for France and international:

    • For orders under €500: A fixed rate of €10 for France, and €20 internationally.
    • From €500 to €2,500: For every €250 increase in the total amount of your order, an additional €10 is applied to the delivery fees. For example, for an order between €500 and €750, the fees are €20 in France and €30 internationally. This logic continues for each new €250 increment.
    • Beyond €2,500: The scale becomes even more advantageous. From this amount, delivery fees increase by only €10 for each additional €500 increment.

    These rates apply to standard delivery (4 to 6 days). Products are delivered to the "doorstep," meaning at the bottom of your building or at the entrance to your home. The delivery person will not assist you in moving the product to your home. Assembly or packaging removal is not included.

    For orders exceeding €15,000, please contact us directly for a personalized estimate of delivery fees. We strive to find the most economical solutions while ensuring the safety and speed of your delivery.

    Depending on the weight and size of your order, we use two main delivery methods:

    • DPD Delivery: Ideal for lightweight items such as chairs or armchairs, this method ensures fast and secure delivery to your chosen address.
    • Specialized Delivery: For bulkier items, such as tables or furniture, a specialized carrier will make an appointment with you for delivery tailored to your needs and schedule.

    Each order is treated with the specific care it deserves, ensuring that your TOLIX purchases reach you in the best conditions, regardless of their size.

    For bulky shipments, delivery to a specific floor is possible from Monday to Friday upon request. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery can be carried out without obstruction.     Upon receipt, it is crucial to check the product in the presence of the delivery person. Any anomalies must be noted and signed on the delivery slip. In case of damage or error, refuse the product and contact us within 5 business days.
